What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively generate and follow up on leads to build a steady sales pipeline


  • Build trust and rapport with clients through calls, networking, and referrals


  • Recommend and sell insurance products tailored to individual needs


  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain CRM records


  • Work closely with underwriters and internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing




What We’re Looking For:

  • A sales-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding goals


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities


  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment


  • Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus, but not required




Licensing Requirement:


An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license is required.
If not currently licensed, candidates must be willing and able to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe. Licensing support is available for qualified applicants. Employment is contingent upon meeting licensing requirements.
