We’re looking for an Insurance & Financial Services Representative to join our dynamic and results-oriented team. In this role, you’ll deliver customized insurance and financial solutions that help individuals and families plan for the future—while building a lucrative book of business and growing your career in a stable, rewarding industry.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a client portfolio focused on insurance and financial services


  • Develop tailored strategies including life insurance, retirement planning, and supplemental solutions


  • Serve as a trusted advisor by building long-term client relationships


  • Stay up to date on product offerings, market trends, and compliance standards


  • Identify opportunities to deepen client coverage and maximize value




Who You Are:

  • A persuasive communicator with consultative sales experience and a client-first mindset


  • Results-driven, with 3+ years of experience in life insurance and financial services sales


  • Skilled in presenting complex financial solutions in a clear and compelling way


  • Licensed in Life & Health Insurance (required)


  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses are strongly preferred


  • Highly motivated by goals, incentives, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact

Licensing Requirement:
A valid Life & Health Insurance license is required for this role.
Series 6 and 63 licenses are highly preferred.
Employment is contingent upon appropriate licensing.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
