Position: Account Associate – Insurance Sales
Location: Denver | Status: Full-Time

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of agency growth—building relationships, uncovering client needs, and providing personalized insurance solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Proactively generate and follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Build trust and rapport with clients through calls, networking, and referrals

  • Recommend insurance products tailored to individual and family needs

  • Document all client interactions accurately and manage records within the CRM

  • Partner with underwriters and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing

What We’re Looking For

  • A sales-first mindset with a strong desire to exceed goals

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities

  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-focused environment

  • Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required

Licensing Requirements

An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License is required.
 Not licensed yet? You must be willing and able to obtain your license within a set timeframe.
 We offer licensing support for qualified candidates, and employment is contingent upon meeting licensing requirements.
