Customer Relations Representative – Insurance & In-Book Sales
Location: Denver | Status: Full-Time

We’re seeking a Customer Relations Representative to support our existing client base while identifying valuable in-book sales opportunities. In this hybrid service-and-sales role, you’ll help clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their coverage—while expanding your own earning potential and career path in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day customer interactions via phone, email, and in person

  • Answer policy questions, process changes, and assist with claims follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records and client details in agency systems

  • Spot opportunities within our existing book to cross-sell or enhance coverage

  • Partner with licensed team members to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-first mindset

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred

  • Willingness to engage in consultative sales conversations and uncover client needs

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Licensing Requirements

A Property & Casualty and Life & Health license are required for this position.
Candidates who are not yet licensed must be willing to obtain these credentials within a defined timeframe.
Licensing support is available for qualified applicants, and employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
