We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a trusted point of contact for our insurance clients. In this role, you’ll handle policy servicing, claims support, and daily customer communication—while also identifying opportunities to strengthen each client’s protection.
This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, documentation needs, and claims follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is kept up to date
- Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage that benefits the customer
- Partner with licensed team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience
- Take on expanded sales-support responsibilities over time as skills and interest grow
What You Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
- Willingness to discuss coverage needs and present helpful options with confidence
Licensing Requirements
This role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain both within a defined timeframe.
Licensing assistance may be provided to qualified candidates. Employment is contingent on obtaining the required licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in LoHi, North Denver.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
